Since 1997, the mission of DiversityRx has been to inform, educate and support a growing field of health care providers, policymakers, researchers, and advocates working to design and implement health services that are responsive to culturally diverse communities. The website, www.DiversityRx.org, was one of the first online resources in this field.
This June, we will relaunch DiversityRx.org with an entirely new format that will allow users to interact with each other professionally, contribute content related to organizations and resources they are involved with, and use the site as a gateway to information and expertise produced by other organizations.
Feature will include:
- New content added on a regular basis from the Your Voice peer learning networks, webinars, and CLAS-talk discussions
- A rich searchable database where users (both individual and key stakeholder organizations) can create personalized profiles and identify useful resources, make contributions, and interact with peers
- A blog that will feature lessons from the field, expert commentary, and Q&A on variety of cross cultural health topics
DiversityRx.org will continue to be partnered with this website, www.diversityRxconference.org, which will be solely dedicated to our biennial conference series, Quality Health Care for Culturally Diverse Populations.
While you’re waiting for the site relaunch in June, you can help us build our resource database now. Click here to submit your favorite cross cultural health resources.
