User Survey for Webinars and Online Mini-Conferences

Over the next year, the DiversityRx "Your Voice" project will sponsor a series of webinars and online mini-conferences* on a variety of cross cultural health topics.

We're committed to involving users in setting the agenda. Please take a few minutes to tell us what topics you'd like to hear about, and how we can structure these learning events to meet your needs.

This first survey is designed to collect general information. We will have another survey shortly that will allow you to rank the top recommendations for presentation topics and speakers.

Thanks very much for your input--
